What This Tool Does
Ever tried to compare two versions of a document by opening them side-by-side and squinting at the screen? It's a nightmare. You’re bound to miss a small change, like a single word being added or a comma being moved. In legal documents or code, those tiny changes can be a huge deal.
This tool is like having a super-powered pair of eyes. It takes two pieces of text, looks at them side-by-side, and highlights exactly what's different. It shows you what was added in green and what was removed in red. It’s perfect for seeing exactly what your editor changed, or what an AI added to your original draft.
How to use
- 1Step 1: Paste your original version into the 'Original' box on the left.
- 2Step 2: Paste your new or edited version into the 'Changed' box on the right.
- 3Step 3: The tool will automatically highlight the differences. Red means it's gone; green means it's new.
- 4Step 4: Scroll through to see exactly what changed, line by line.
- 5Step 5: Use this info to approve changes or find mistakes.
