What This Tool Does
It happens to the best of us: you accidentally leave Caps Lock on and type a whole paragraph, or you copy a list from a PDF and it's all in weird, inconsistent casing. Manually retyping all of that is a waste of your time and honestly, it’s just plain annoying.
We built this tool to handle the busywork for you. It can turn ALL CAPS into lowercase, capitalize the first letter of every sentence, or even format your headings into proper Title Case. It’s a simple utility, but when you’re dealing with a long document, it saves you from a lot of tedious editing.
How to use
- 1Step 1: Paste that messy text into the input area.
- 2Step 2: Click the button for the format you want—like 'Sentence Case' or 'Title Case'.
- 3Step 3: The text will change instantly. You can click through different options to see which looks best.
- 4Step 4: Click 'Copy' and you're ready to paste it back into your document.
- 5Step 5: If you need to start over, just hit 'Clear'.
