Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 6, 2026
At TrexaOne Tools, accessible from https://www.trexaone.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by TrexaOne Tools and how we use it.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact our Data Protection team at privacy@trexaone.com.
1. Our Privacy-First Architecture
TrexaOne was built with a "Privacy-First" philosophy. Unlike traditional web utility platforms that upload your sensitive data to remote servers for processing, our tools are engineered to run **entirely within your local web browser**.
This means that when you use our PDF converters, JSON formatters, or AI text assistants, your original files and text inputs never leave your computer. We do not have access to, and do not store, the contents of your documents or the text you process. This architecture provides the highest possible level of security and confidentiality for your private information.
2. Log Files & Analytics
TrexaOne Tools follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering broad demographic information for the purpose of improving site performance and user experience.
3. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, TrexaOne Tools uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
To keep our tools 100% free for everyone, we partner with third-party advertising vendors, such as Google. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to TrexaOne Tools and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings.
Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on TrexaOne Tools, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We fully support international data protection standards. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the following rights:
- The right to access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification: You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
- The right to erasure: You can request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.
- The right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We have one month to respond to your request.
6. Children's Privacy Protection
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. TrexaOne Tools does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms and Conditions.
