What This Tool Does
Whether you're trying to get into grad school or just want to make sure you're still on track for your scholarship, calculating your GPA is a stressful ritual. Doing it by hand is a nightmare of weighted averages and credit hours, and one small math error can give you a minor heart attack.
We built this calculator to take the math off your plate. You just put in your grades and how many credits each class is worth, and we do the rest. It works for both high school and college, and it handles the weighted grades (like AP or Honors) that usually make the calculation so confusing.
How to use
- 1Step 1: Add a row for each of your classes.
- 2Step 2: Pick your grade (A, B+, etc.) from the list.
- 3Step 3: Enter the 'Credits' or 'Weight' for that class.
- 4Step 4: If it's an Honors or AP class, make sure to check that box for the extra points.
- 5Step 5: Your semester GPA and your cumulative total appear instantly at the bottom.
